Basketball Game Preview: Pallotti Panthers vs. Sandy Spring Friends Wildebeests

Pallotti is headed into the matchup out to prove that what happened against Loyola Blakefield on Wednesday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. Pallotti was outmatched by Loyola Blakefield and fell 92-58. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Sandy Spring Friends). They enjoyed a cozy 79-61 win over St. Albans on Saturday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Wildebeests.

Sandy Spring Friends' victory was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 15-21. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 64.2 points over those games. As for Pallotti, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-14.
