After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Canyon del Oro, Maricopa was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They put the hurt on the Mountain View Mountain Lions with a sharp 3-0 victory. The Rams haven't had any issues with the Mountain Lions recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Maricopa took every set by at least ten points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-15, 25-7.

Maricopa's victory bumped their record up to 5-2. As for Mountain View, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-7.
