Halstead entered their tilt with Kingman on Monday with nine consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with ten. They came out on top against the Eagles by a score of 2-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 back in September.

Halstead easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The final score came out to 25-5, 25-17.

Bailey Bernal paced Halstead's offense, picking up nine kills. Bernal got some help from Jordy Schroeder and her 17 assists. Schroeder also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Thea Boese, each putting up two.

Halstead's victory bumped their record up to 31-5. As for Kingman, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-30.

Halstead didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Chaparral on the 20th. As for Kingman, they have also already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Caney Valley on the 20th.
