Volleyball Recap: Los Angeles Academy of Arts & Enterprise Takes a Loss

Los Angeles Academy of Arts & Enterprise was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of the Gertz-Ressler Pumas. The Wolves were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Pumas apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in April of 2024.

Los Angeles Academy of Arts & Enterprise's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Gertz-Ressler, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-4.

Looking ahead, Los Angeles Academy of Arts & Enterprise will head out on the road to challenge Animo Robinson at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Animo Robinson will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Los Angeles Academy of Arts & Enterprise surely won't give up without a fight. As for Gertz-Ressler, they have already played their next game, a 3-1 loss against Animo Venice on the 25th.
