On Tuesday, Stansbury beat Tooele 3-1. The victory continues a trend for the Stallions in their matchups with the Buffaloes: they've now won three in a row.

Stansbury had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The match finished with set scores of 23-25, 25-14, 25-23, 25-23.

Meanwhile, Cedar lost 3-0 to Desert Hills on Tuesday. The loss continues a trend for the Reds in their meetings with the Thunder: they've now lost three in a row.

While Cedar ultimately came up short, they didn't go down without a fight: they scored at least 17 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-17, 25-17, 25-21.

Stansbury now has a winning record of 8-7. As for Cedar, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-15.
