After flying high against the Shaw Cardinals last Friday, The Warrensville Heights Tigers came back down to earth. Warrensville Heights took a hard 20-6 fall against Bedford on Thursday. Having soared to a lofty 58 points in the game before, Warrensville Heights couldn't push the score so high this time.
Warrensville Heights' defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performance. Perhaps the best among them was Kejwan Reed, who picked up 93 receiving yards and a touchdown.
Even if they lost, Warrensville Heights' defense still kept up the pressure with three sacks. Leading the way was Robert Wesley and his two sacks.
Warrensville Heights' defeat dropped their record down to 3-7. As for Bedford, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight matches, which provided a nice bump to their 6-6 record this season.
