Soccer Recap: Trinity Christian Comes Up Short

Trinity Christian was the 2-0 winner over Pike County when they last played one another back in January of 2022, but their luck changed this time around. The Lions came up short against the Pirates on Thursday, falling 4-0. While losing is never fun, Trinity Christian can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia soccer rankings (they are ranked 130th, while Pike County are ranked 32nd).

Trinity Christian is on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-6. As for Pike County, the victory (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 15-2.

As of now, neither Trinity Christian nor the Pirates have any future games scheduled.
