Basketball Recap: Ashland Gets the Win

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Mountain View, Ashland was happy to have turned things around on Sunday. They skirted past the Redmond Panthers 71-68. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Grizzlies have posted since December 26, 2024.

Ashland's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Redmond, they are on a four-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Looking ahead, Ashland will square off against Henley at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Redmond, they will venture away from home to face off against Silverton at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday.
