Baseball Recap: Pascagoula Takes a Loss

Pascagoula suffered their biggest loss since February 22nd on Saturday. They came up short against the Pearl River Central Blue Devils, falling 10-3. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Blue Devils this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 7-2 on Friday.

Pascagoula has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost eight of their last ten contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-19 record this season. As for Pearl River Central, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 19-10.

While Pascagoula had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
