Hagerman extended their winning streak to seven games thanks to a huge performance from Addi Chizum. The Pirates blew past the Gooding Senators 3-0 on Monday with plenty of help from Chizum, who had 16 digs and three aces. She has been hot for a while, having posted ten or more digs the last nine times she's played.

Hagerman's got stronger as the match went on, holding Gooding to fewer and fewer points set over set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-10, 25-8.

Hagerman's victory bumped their record up to 15-2. As for Gooding, they dropped their record down to 3-12 with the defeat, which was their third straight at home.

Hagerman didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Sun Valley Community on the 30th. As for Gooding, after both having extra time off, they and Filer will shake off the rust and duke it out at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
