Volleyball Recap: Thompsonville's Win Ends Five-Game Losing Streak on the Road + How To Watch

Thompsonville posted their closest win since September 2nd on Monday. They had just enough and edged out the Pope County Pirates 2-1. This was a revenge game for Thompsonville: when they faced off against Pope County back in September, they had to take a 2-0 defeat.

It was an exciting match in which no team won back-to-back sets, but at the end of the day Thompsonville got the one that really mattered. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 16-25, 25-12.

Their offense was headlined by WITLIE WOODRING and AMILYA WILLIFORD, who picked up three kills apiece. WILLIFORD really made an impact as she also led the team in assists with four.
