Eustis will square off against Palatka at 7:20 p.m. on Friday. Eustis is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.2 goals per game this season.

For whatever reason, it's the away team that's had the advantage when Eustis and Umatilla meet (four straight games heading into this one) and that held true again on Tuesday. The Panthers blew past the Bulldogs 7-3. The contest was close at halftime, but Eustis turned on the heat in the second half with five goals.

Meanwhile, Palatka was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of Eustis. While losing is never fun, Palatka can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Florida soccer rankings (they are ranked 450th, while Eustis is ranked 205th).

Palatka now has a losing record of 3-4-1. As for Eustis, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-2 record this season.

Eustis skirted past Palatka 3-2 in their previous meeting on Friday. The rematch might be a little tougher for Eustis since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
