Basketball Recap: Beverly Find Success

Beverly won the last time they faced Swampscott and things went their way on Thursday too. The Beverly Panthers came out on top against the Swampscott Big Blue by a score of 41-30.

The win got Beverly back to even at 1-1. As for Swampscott, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-6.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Beverly will venture away from home to challenge Andover at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Swampscott, they won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Revere at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Revere will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something Swampscott surely won't give up without a fight.
