Volleyball Recap: Valor Christian Extends Winning Streak to Six

Valor Christian entered their tilt with University on Saturday with five consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with six. They blew past the Bulldogs 3-0.

Bergen Waitman paced Valor Christian's offense, picking up 12 kills. Waitman got some help from Piper McFadden and her 32 assists. Kora Fisher controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.

Despite the loss, University still got an impressive performance from Livianna Aguilar, who had 16 digs. Aguilar has been hot recently, having posted 15 or more digs the last four times she's played.

Valor Christian's win bumped their record up to 19-2. As for University, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 18-5.

Valor Christian didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-2 victory against Resurrection Christian on the 1st. University does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
