Basketball Recap: Divine Child's Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Richard, Divine Child was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They snuck past the Allen Park Jaguars with a 55-51 win. The victory was some much needed relief for the Falcons as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Divine Child's win bumped their record up to 4-8. As for Allen Park, with the loss, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 10-4.

Divine Child won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Lutheran North at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Divine Child has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games. As for Allen Park, they will host Roosevelt at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Allen Park is facing Roosevelt at the right time seeing as Roosevelt is stuck on a 12-game losing streak.
