Soccer Recap: Norland Takes a Loss

After soaring to four goals the game before, Norland was a bit more limited in their contest on Thursday. They fell just short of the Booker T. Washington Tornadoes by a score of 1-0. Considering the last time the Vikings couldn't score was back in November of 2024, the team can't take the result too hard.

Norland has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-7 record this season. As for Booker T. Washington, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 13-2.

The two teams are set to take part in some playoff action in their next matches. Norland will take on Stranahan at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Booker T. Washington, they will square off against Downtown Doral at 1:30 p.m. on January 24th. Booker T. Washington is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 4.4 goals per game this season.
