The East Forsyth Eagles's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Wednesday after their fourth straight loss. They took a hard 46-31 fall against Southwest Guilford. East Forsyth has struggled against the Cowboys recently, as their matchup on Wednesday was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.

Several Eagles players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Mya Booth, who scored 13 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Landry Tsujii, who scored seven points along with two steals.

East Forsyth's loss dropped their record down to 5-13. As for Southwest Guilford, the victory makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 13-5.

East Forsyth will look to defend their home court on Friday against the Mustangs at 6:00 p.m. Hopefully Parkland focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up six last Tuesday. As for Southwest Guilford, they will head out on the road to face off against the Falcons at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
