Volleyball Recap: Crestwood Has No Trouble Against Lincoln West

With a playoff win on the line, Crestwood rose to the challenge on Thursday. Everything went their way against the Lincoln West Wolverines as they made off with a 3-0 win. The victory was some much needed relief for the Red Devils as it spelled an end to their three-match losing streak.

Among those leading the charge was JACKIE BLASIOLE, who had six aces. Those six aces gave her a new career-high. Another player making a difference was ABBY HAYES, who had five kills and three aces.

They weren't the only good servers: Crestwood was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 24 aces. They are 5-1 when they serve at least ten aces.

Crestwood's win bumped their record up to 6-17. As for Lincoln West, their record is now 0-4.

Crestwood has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 defeat against Marlington on the 20th. Lincoln West does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
