Football Recap: Make It Three in a Row for Odem

Odem waltzed into their contest on Friday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They were the clear victors by a 42-21 margin over the Santa Rosa Warriors. The Owls pushed the score to 42-14 by the end of the third, a deficit the Warriors cut but never quite recovered from.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Odem to victory, but perhaps none more so than John Hinojosa, who rushed for 170 yards and three scores. Hinojosa's rushing production has been exceptional as that marked his eighth straight game with at least 103 rushing yards. Another receiver making a difference was Adrian Ramirez, who picked up 76 receiving yards and a pair of TDs.

Odem's win bumped their record up to 9-1. As for Santa Rosa, their loss dropped their record down to 7-3.

As of now, neither Odem nor the Warriors have any future games scheduled.
