After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Greencastle-Antrim, West Perry was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They won by a run and slipped past the Big Spring Bulldogs 5-4. This was a revenge game for the Mustangs: when they faced off against the Bulldogs back in March, they had to take a 4-2 loss.

West Perry's victory bumped their record up to 7-4. As for Big Spring, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-5 record this season.

West Perry has already played their next matchup, a 10-1 win against Upper Dauphin Area on the 19th. As for Big Spring, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 3-1 defeat against Waynesboro on the 21st.
