Southern's game last Monday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. They came out on top against the Toronto Red Knights by a score of 44-32. The victory continues a trend for the Indians in their matchups with the Red Knights: they've now won four in a row.

Despite the defeat, Toronto saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Jayna Reeves went 6 for 10 to rack up 16 points and eight boards.

Southern's record is now 13-9. As for Toronto, they dropped their record down to 9-12 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Southern will welcome Medina Christian Academy at 7:00 p.m. on February 15th. As for Toronto, they will host Malvern at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
