It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Merino had no problem doing just that on Saturday. Everything went their way against the Front Range Baptist Falcons as they made off with a 3-0 win. The victory was nothing new for the Rams as they're now sitting on seven straight.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Merino was: they took every set by at least 15 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-5, 25-10, 25-10.

Jaylyn Lynch paced Merino's offense, picking up 11 kills. Lynch got some help from Riley Pope and her 23 assists. Delaney Piel controlled things from the service line, finishing with seven aces.

Merino's win bumped their record up to 22-2. As for Front Range Baptist, their defeat ended a four-match streak of away wins and brought them to 15-9.

Merino wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against Sargent on the 13th. Front Range Baptist does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
