Baseball Recap: Saturday's Loss Ends De Smet Jesuit's Winning Streak

Saturday just wasn't the day for De Smet Jesuit's offense. They fell 4-0 to the MICDS Rams on Saturday. The Spartans were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Rams apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in April of 2024.

With the loss, De Smet Jesuit broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 8-12. As for MICDS, their victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-4.

Coincidentally, De Smet Jesuit and MICDS will both be playing Priory the next time they take the field. The Spartans will head out to face the Ravens at 4:30 p.m. on Monday, while the Rams will host them at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
