Baseball Recap: Sheffield Comes Up Short

Sheffield fell victim to Fairley and their airtight pitching crew on Monday. They came up short against the Bulldogs, falling 13-0. The Knights have struggled against the Bulldogs recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost meeting.

Sheffield's defeat dropped their record down to 2-4-1. As for Fairley, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-3.

While Sheffield had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
