Football Recap: Northwest Cabarrus Starts off Right with Win over West Cabarrus + How To Watch

Northwest Cabarrus gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Friday. They came out on top against the West Cabarrus Wolverines by a score of 24-17. For the Trojans, this counts as revenge for the 28-21 victory the Wolverines walked away with the last time they faced one another back in August of 2024.

The critical scores for Northwest Cabarrus came from Titus Troy, Shane Lucas-Walker, and Zack Riddle.

Northwest Cabarrus has already played their next match, a 27-21 win against Central Cabarrus on the 29th. As for West Cabarrus, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 42-10 defeat against Jay M. Robinson on the 29th.
