While Grace Christian was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into South Point's winning margin in every set. The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 25-13, 25-17.

Grace Christian's loss dropped their record down to 2-8. As for South Point, their win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-5.

Grace Christian has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 victory against Summit Christian Academy on the 20th. As for South Point, they will venture away from home to challenge Symmes Valley at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
