Recap: Duluth Wildcats vs. Norcross Blue Devils
The Duluth Wildcats lost against the Norcross Blue Devils back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. Duluth was the victim of a tough 53-32 defeat at the hands of Norcross. While losing is never fun, Duluth can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia basketball rankings (they are ranked 326th, while Norcross is ranked 36th).
Saniya Johnson was Duluth's leading scorer, having posted seven points.
Duluth's defeat dropped their record down to 6-18. As for Norcross, the win (which was their eighth in a row) raised their record to 21-5.
Duluth will be staying on the road on Wednesday to face off against Discovery at 3:30 p.m. on February 14th. Norcross does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
