Baseball Recap: Jordan Comes Up Short

Jordan was the 12-2 winner over Riverside-Durham when they last played one another back in April of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Falcons took a 9-6 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Pirates on Tuesday.

Keenan Mills made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored a run while going 3-for-4.

Jordan dropped their record down to 9-7 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road. As for Riverside-Durham, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 12-1.

Coincidentally, Jordan and Riverside-Durham will both be playing East Chapel Hill the next time they take the field. The Falcons will head out to face the Wildcats at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, while the Pirates will host them at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
