Basketball Recap: TEACH Homeschool Piles Up the Points Against Sweethaven Christian Academy

TEACH Homeschool's game on Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They claimed a resounding 93-22 win over the Sweethaven Christian Academy Lions. The matchup was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 57-11.

TEACH Homeschool was led to victory by Aiden Dickson and Bryce Flynn. Dickson posted 22 points, while Flynn had 20 points. Those 22 points gave Dickson a new career-high. Another player making a difference was MacArthur Carlson, who scored 13 points.

TEACH Homeschool's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. TEACH Homeschool and Spirit HomeSchool will face off at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday without much rest, having both just played. As for Sweethaven Christian Academy, they will challenge Gill Grove Baptist at 5:15 p.m. on Monday.
