After having lost a blowout in their previous game against West Muskingum, River View was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 win over the John Glenn Little Muskies. The victory was some much needed relief for the Black Bears as it spelled an end to their five-game losing streak.

Regan Foster spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered a run (which was unearned) on four hits and racked up eight Ks.
