Volleyball Recap: Washington Takes a Loss

Washington managed to slip by Martin County the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Pam Pack came up short against the Gators on Monday, falling 3-0. The Pam Pack's defeat continues a trend for the team, making it five in a row dating back to last season.

Washington was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the second set very close. The final score came out to 25-19, 25-23, 25-17.

Washington's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Martin County, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-0.

Coming up, Washington will head out on the road to challenge Bear Grass Charter at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Martin County, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Southside at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
