Bernstein came tearing into Wednesday's match with 11 straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 44.2 points) and they left with even more momentum. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Roosevelt Rough Riders 79-43. Given the Dragons' advantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 359th, while the Rough Riders are ranked 841st), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Bernstein's win was their eighth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 22-2. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 85.3 points over those games. As for Roosevelt, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 11-11.
