Basketball Recap: Caverna Takes a Loss

Caverna was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They were dealt a 63-23 loss at the hands of the Wayne County Cardinals.

Caverna's defeat dropped their record down to 3-9. As for Wayne County, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 5-2 record this season.

Caverna has already played their next match, a 73-33 loss against Harlan on the 21st. As for Wayne County, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 58-53 defeat against Corbin on the 21st.
