Basketball Recap: Brownstown Central's Win on Saturday Extends Winning Streak to Four

Brownstown Central had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They came out on top against the Evansville Memorial Tigers by a score of 55-48 on Saturday. This was payback for the Braves, who suffered a 47-30 loss the last time these two teams met.

Evansville Memorial lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Luke Ellspermann, who posted 14 points and five assists. Another player making a difference was Dylen Kendrick, who shot 63% from the field on his way to 14 points.
