Softball Recap: Ringgold Takes a Loss

Ringgold lost to Uniontown on Thursday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Rams took a 7-4 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Red Raiders.

Ringgold's defeat dropped their record down to 0-11. As for Uniontown, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-4 record this season.

The future could be bright for both Ringgold and Uniontown: their next opponents haven't had the best luck recently. The Rams will try to hand Charleroi their seventh-straight loss when the two meet at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Uniontown will look to extend Oakland Catholic's three-game losing streak when they meet at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
