Basketball Recap: Greater Miami Academy Takes a Loss

Greater Miami Academy was the 51-40 winner over Archimedean when they last played one another back in December of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Greater Miami Academy Warriors lost to Archimedean on the road by a 54-38 margin on Monday. The Warriors have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Greater Miami Academy now has a losing record at 3-4. As for Archimedean, with the victory, they broke their nine-game losing streak and moved their record to 1-8.

Greater Miami Academy didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 60-20 win against Redland Christian Academy on the 15th. As for Archimedean, they will face off against Sunset at 7:30 p.m. on January 21st. Sunset is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 54 points per game this season.
