Baseball Recap: Harrison Has No Trouble Against Mitchell

Harrison got themselves on the board against Mitchell on Tuesday, but Mitchell never followed suit. They blew past the Marauders 18-0. The Panthers have beaten the Marauders the last six times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Marauders has come to flipping the script.

Aiden Archuleta was a major factor no matter where he played. He struck out six batters over two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit (and not a single walk). That's the most strikeouts he has posted since back in March of 2025. He was also stellar in the batter's box, going 3-for-4 with one home run, five RBI, and two runs. He also hit a triple, marking his first of the season.

In other batting news, Harrison got a massive performance out of Richard Galarza, who went 3-for-4 with four runs, three doubles, and three RBI. Galarza is on a roll when it comes to hits, as he's now got three or more in each of the last three games he's played. Another player making a difference was Anthony Hernandez, who got on base in three of his four plate appearances with one home run, four runs, and two stolen bases.

Harrison always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .545. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Mitchell only posted an OBP of .231.

Harrison's record now sits at 2-3. As for Mitchell, they are on a 13-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.

Harrison has already played their next contest, a 16-5 victory against Colorado Springs Christian on the 19th. As for Mitchell, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Falcon at 3:00 p.m. on the 30th. This will be the Marauders' first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
