Adrian entered their tilt with Blissfield on Saturday with four consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with five. They walked away with a 9-4 win over the Royals. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 6-4 on Saturday.

Tyler Bruggeman was incredible, going 3-for-4 with one home run, four RBI, and two runs. Adrian is undefeated when Bruggeman posts two or more runs, but 1-3 otherwise. Another player making a difference was Luke Bruggeman, who went 1-for-3 with two stolen bases, two runs, and two RBI.

Adrian pushed their record up to 5-3 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. The home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.7 runs on average over those games. As for Blissfield, they are on an eight-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-5.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Adrian will welcome Ypsilanti at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. The Maples are facing the Grizzlies at the right time seeing as the Grizzlies are stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Blissfield, they will look to defend their home field on Tuesday against Dundee at 4:00 p.m.
