Corner Canyon had already won five in a row and they went ahead and made it six on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the West Panthers with a sharp 3-0 victory. This was payback for the Chargers, who suffered a 2-1 loss the last time these two teams met.

The final score came out to 25-11, 25-11, 25-16.

Corner Canyon was led to victory by Libby Taylor and Torri Hildebrandt. Taylor had 35 assists and five digs, while Hildebrandt had 16 digs and three aces. Those 16 digs gave Hildebrandt a new career-high.

Corner Canyon's win bumped their record up to 6-0. As for West, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-4.

Corner Canyon didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against Hurricane on the 4th. As for West, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 3-0 win against Taylorsville on the 4th.
