Volleyball Recap: Neoga Comes Up Short

Neoga was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Paris Tigers. If the Indians were looking for revenge after losing 2-0 to the Tigers when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

While Neoga ultimately came up short, they didn't go down without a fight: they scored at least 17 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-18, 25-17.

Neoga's defeat dropped their record down to 4-22. As for Paris, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-9 record this season.

Neoga didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Tri-County [Kansas/Shiloh/Oakland] on the 11th. As for Paris, they have also already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Chrisman on the 11th.
