Pine Grove's contest on Saturday was close up to the half, but then they kicked things up a notch. They blew past the Tri-Valley Bulldogs 5-2. It was an even better day for Kendra Umbenhauer as she scored three goals for her team.

Pine Grove now has a winning record of 5-4-1. As for Tri-Valley, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-6.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Pine Grove is set to take on their familiar foe Blue Mountain at 6:15 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Tri-Valley will challenge rival Our Lady of Lourdes Regional at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
