Big Game from Howard As Woodland Fell 41-40
Starting off the list is Woodland's Mark Howard, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Howard rushed for 247 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 9.9 yards per carry. He really tore up the turf during one magnificent 85-yard run.
Woodland's defeat was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-5. Howard and Woodland will welcome Ola at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.

Jones County was led to victory by Devin Edmonds, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Edmonds threw for 219 yards and six touchdowns while completing 75% of his passes.
Jones County pushed their record up to 5-2 with the victory, which was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season. Edmonds and Jones County are taking a road trip to face off against Eagle's Landing Christian Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
