Soccer Recap: Pass Christian Has No Trouble Against Moss Point

There's no place like home for Pass Christian, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Thursday. They were the clear victor by an 8-0 margin over the Moss Point Tigers on Tuesday. The contest marked the Pirates' most dominant win of the season so far.

Their offense was hitting Moss Point from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal. Trey Roche led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for three goals all by himself.

Pass Christian has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 7-4-1 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 15 goals over those four games. As for Moss Point, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-9.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Pass Christian will head out to challenge Poplarville at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Moss Point, a feisty cat fight will be fought when the Moss Point challenge the Greene County at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Moss Point is facing Greene County at the right time seeing as Greene County is stuck on a four-game losing streak.
