Softball Recap: Berkley Bears vs. Clawson Trojans
Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Berkley). Everything went their way against the Clawson Trojans on Monday as they made off with a 21-12 win. With that victory, the Bears brought their scoring average up to 7.1 runs per game.

Kayla Childress was incredible, going 4-for-5 with one home run, nine RBI, and four runs. Those four hits gave her a new career-high. Brooke Schall was another key player, going 5-for-6 with five runs, one stolen base, and one double.
They weren't the only ones making solid contact: Berkley kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 19 hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now got at least nine hits in three consecutive matches.
