Palm Beach Gardens got themselves on the board against West Boca Raton on Wednesday, but West Boca Raton never followed suit. They put the hurt on the Bulls with a sharp 17-0 victory. The result was nothing new for the Gators, who have now won eight contests by six runs or more so far this season.

Shea Towns looked comfortable as she pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than one earned run in six consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, Palm Beach Gardens got a massive performance out of Finola Evans, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with two stolen bases, three runs, and two RBI. That's the most runs Evans has posted since back in March. Nicole Schultz was another key player, going a perfect 2-for-2 with three RBI, two runs, and one double.
