Football Recap: Wayne Trace Comes Up Short

Wayne Trace was the 34-0 winner over Antwerp when they last played one another back in October of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Raiders fell 20-13 to the Archers on Friday. The Raiders have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Wayne Trace's loss dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Antwerp, their win ended a six-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 3-5.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Wayne Trace will face off against rival Fairview at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Antwerp is set to challenge their familiar foe Ayersville at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
