Christian Home Educators Fellowship had won three straight on the road, but on Tuesday they bumped up to 4-3 to make it four. They blew past the Brighton Bengals 62-16. The matchup was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 37-8.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Christian Home Educators Fellowship to victory, but perhaps none more so than Nate Conner, who dropped a double-double with 13 points and 12 rebounds. Those 12 boards gave Conner a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Jaxx Almand, who almost dropped a double-double with nine points and ten rebounds.

Christian Home Educators Fellowship was working as a unit and finished the game with 13 assists. They are a perfect 4-0 when they've passed the ball that well.

As for Brighton, their loss was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 2-5. The defeat continues a trend for them in their meetings with Christian Home Educators Fellowship: they've now lost nine in a row.

Brighton lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Davis Wolfe, who posted ten points.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Christian Home Educators Fellowship will square off against Shreveport HomeSchool Sports at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Brighton, they will head out to face off against Midstate Homeschool at 7:20 p.m. on Friday. The Bengals will be up against the Storm's rather soft defense (which has allowed 57 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
