Baseball Recap: Quakertown Comes Up Short

Quakertown lost against Central Bucks West back in May of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. Quakertown fell 6-1 to Central Bucks West.

Quakertown got a good showing from Colin Tenney, who pitched three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit.

At the plate, Quakertown saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Logan Niewoehner, who went 1-for-2 with one triple and one run.

Quakertown's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Central Bucks West, the victory keeps they at an undefeated 5-0.

Coincidentally, Quakertown and Central Bucks West will both be playing Pennridge the next time they take the field. Central Bucks West will host Pennridge at 4:00 p.m. on April 7, while Quakertown will head out to face them at 6:00 p.m. on April 16.
