Volleyball Recap: Carlisle Takes a Loss

Carlisle lost against Gladewater back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Indians lost 3-0 to the Bears. The contest marked the first time this year in which the Indians were not able to get on the board.

Carlisle was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the first set very close. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 25-15, 25-18.

Carlisle's defeat dropped their record down to 4-3. As for Gladewater, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-5.

Coming up, Carlisle will venture away from home to square off against West Rusk at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Gladewater, they will host Overton at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
