Soccer Recap: Douglas Takes a Loss

Douglas managed to keep up with Worland until halftime on Saturday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Bearcats came up short against the Warriors, falling 5-0. Douglas' defeat continues a trend for the squad, making it three in a row.

Douglas' loss dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Worland, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Douglas will venture away from home to face off against Gering at 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Worland, they will head out to square off against Cody at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Worland's defense better be ready for this one: Cody have averaged an impressive 6.2 goals per game this season.
